The most important thing in buying ANY low end guitar, is to get one from a local store that has a real guitar tech/repairman, IN the store.

Have them check it over and make sure that you get one that has been properly adjusted.
One with a good straight neck, easy to play, low string action, no string buzzing,
the top and bridge are not lifting up.

The biggest problem with ALL guitar company's low end guitars, is that they are not very consistent.
The companies don't spend much time setting them up, because every one is trying to keep the costs down,

No one wants to pay for any thing, so "the public" gets a LOT of poorly adjusted guitars.
Almost all of the low end guitars are OK to start on,
including Jasmine,
IF they are set up properly !!!!!
